Overview of FSSC 22000
FSSC 22000 is a certification scheme of the Food Safety Certification Association for food production and processing units throughout the food supply chain.
FSSC 22000 is considered an equivalent accepted standard and can replace the previously accredited standards by GFSI (The Global Food Safety Initiative) such as BRC, IFS, SQF. , GLOBALG.AP, BAP ... The Association of Food Safety Certification has combined ISO 22000 and PAS 220 standards and additional requirements into FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) and completely accredited by GFSI.
